2019 has been a year of change in many areas of my life and I am grateful for your love and support along the way.

I am very excited that the High Heels and Spurs Self Esteem Foundation is launching our 2020 Spring Tour and that I have the honour of facilitating the Program.

With the program our goal is to continue to empower our youth in making choices that will serve them as they work towards their goals and dreams. With the 2020 Spring Tour; we will be getting into some deeper topics including... Social Media, Relationships, Self Talk, Boundaries, Affirmations, Dreams and Goal Setting.

And as per your request we will be accepting not only schools, but those who are wanting sessions for groups and/or organizations!
